<ul><li>Conduct meetings with clients to assess factors affecting interior design, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose/function of the space.</li><li>Plan and design interiors for residential spaces, clubhouses, and hospitality projects.</li><li>Estimate material requirements and costs, presenting designs to clients for approval.</li><li>Select or design hard finishes, CP/sanitary, soft furnishings, wall finishes, art works, and accessories.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and consultants to coordinate MEP, HVAC, and other services.</li><li>Prepare working drawings for site implementation or manufacturing processes.</li><li>Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and production teams as required.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in interior design principles, including space planning, colour theory, and material selection.</li><li>Mandatory experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management and satisfaction.</li><li>Project management expertise covering conceptualization, planning, execution, and timely delivery.</li><li>Current design trends, technologies, and innovative materials in the industry.</li><li>Materials Expertise: In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and furnishings.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe, Vray and SketchUp etc.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
