Job Title: Senior Executive &ndash; HR (Payroll, Salary &amp; Compliance) Location: Palwal Company: H.G. Graphics Pvt. Ltd.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive &ndash; HR to manage Payroll, Salary, Overtime &amp; Statutory Compliance. The role requires accuracy in salary processing, employee data management, and compliance with labour laws.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary and overtime calculations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement to employees.</li><li>Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, LWF, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>File monthly/annual statutory returns and maintain compliance records.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records.</li><li>Address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, overtime, and statutory benefits.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in payroll, salary management &amp; compliance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software &amp; MS Excel.</li><li>MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Salary: 35,000 to 50,000Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
