 Sr. Manager / Director of Global Human Resources
 
 , you will serve as a trusted advisor to our global workforce, supporting employees and managers across regions&mdash;including India, North America, and EMEA. This role focuses on building thoughtful, scalable HR practices that reflect our values of customer centricity, collaboration, and excellence.
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive, culturally-aware HR leader who is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for establishing and executing key global HR processes that enhance the employee experience and support long-term business success.
 
 
 This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor position that plays a vital role in shaping the people function without the responsibility of leading a team at this time.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Employee Experience &amp; Organizational Design
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a partner to business leaders and employees across functions and geographies, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance in our people practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the development of scalable and compliant global HR programs, including organization design, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a pulse on employee morale and well-being; share insights and risks with leadership in a timely and constructive manner
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Performance &amp; Professional Development
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and improve performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and individual development plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with management to implement programs that address the evolving skills and growth needs of a diverse, global team
 </li>
 <li>
 Support managers in having effective coaching conversations and promoting a growth mindset across teams
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Employee Relations &amp; Policy Advisory
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, offering confidential, impartial guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead workplace investigations and disciplinary actions with fairness, compassion, and compliance with local laws and cultural norms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and HR regulations in India and other key countries to ensure policy alignment and minimize risk
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Global HR Operations &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, revise, and implement HR policies, ensuring global consistency with sensitivity to regional practices and expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations to ensure accurate handling of employee lifecycle events, including transfers, leaves, and exits
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee data management and reporting in the HRIS, contributing to data-driven decisions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Strategic Insights &amp; People Analytics
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Use HR data and metrics to assess trends in turnover, engagement, and performance; propose actionable solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide leadership with regular insights that inform workforce planning, retention efforts, and organizational effectiveness.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including global or regional HR responsibilities (experience supporting employees in India preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR programs that support scale and business agility
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience handling complex employee relations issues with a commitment to fairness, empathy, and legal compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and cultures
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with HR systems and tools; experience with implementation and change management is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Have an understanding of and preference for AI technologies to enhance employee experience and capabilities throughout the organization
 </li>
 <li>
