 Purpose of the Role
 
 
 
 HH Global is seeking a detail-oriented contracts attorney to join our global legal team, primarily focused on reviewing and managing confidentiality agreements (NDAs) across multiple jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone with multinational experience and strong knowledge of contract terms commonly used in global commercial agreements, including NDAs related to M&amp;A, RFPs, client engagements, and exploratory initiatives. Candidates with prior experience at global companies or legal process outsourcing firms are strongly encouraged to apply. The role also includes supporting legal operations through administration of legal technology platforms.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, redline, and finalize NDAs using established playbooks and escalation protocols.
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand and apply nuances across different NDA types, including M&amp;A-related NDAs, RFP and procurement NDAs, client NDAs (mutual vs. unilateral NDAs, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency with global standards while adapting to jurisdictional requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure timely turnaround and risk mitigation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Administer legal systems, generate reports and similar activities, including e-billing, contract intake, DocuSign, contract lifecycle management and other legal department technology platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support occasional contract reviews beyond NDAs, as time permits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with process documentation and system improvements.

 Knowledge, Skills + Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree and license to practice in India.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in contract review, ideally in a multinational or in-house setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of legal terminology and contract structures commonly used in global commercial agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with legal operations tools is a strong plus (e.g., HighQ, DocuSign, ContractSafe, e-billing platforms).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working across time zones and with global teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured playbooks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal risk.

Contract Specialist

 Purpose of the Job
 
 
 
 This role is a key part of a newly established in-house design team for the SMB Ads Marketing Team with this long-time client - a global leader in the Tech industry. In this role you may spend some time on site at the client office or collaborating in HH Global offices and be supported by our appointed Design Lead for this business area. You will have a broad range of design skills, and strong digital design skills would be beneficial.
 
 
 Initially you will work closely with the client to fully understand and adopt the brand, design guidelines and processes. You will be creating After Effects specific toolkits, then execute Motion Design output for multiple campaigns, across various platforms including Social Ads, Video Content (including editing work where needed), animated UI Elements etc with After Effects and Premiere Pro. You will ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and respond promptly to client feedback and amends. Where needed, you may be required to provide additional support on more traditional design outputs, primarily using Figma, Illustrator and other similar design tools. Building strong client relationships is a vital aspect of this role so you should have confidence in your design skills, in working directly with the client, and be able to present your work as required.

 Present your work to the client, and respond to feedback appropriately

 Be aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client&rsquo;s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience

 Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team

 Knowledge, Skills + Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4-6+ years experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent working knowledge of Video Production and Motion Design software; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder &amp; wider Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition preferable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record building toolkits in Adobe After Effects designed for global localization and scale
 </li>
 <li>
 Well versed in expressions, scripting and high level usage of Adobe After Effects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong foundational design knowledge, with experience using Figma desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail orientated and able to conduct thorough QA/QC on work
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Google Workspace app alongside platform specific best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled with concepting, typography, composition including wireframing and storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibitable track record of additional creative design work
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent creative and technical skills in Motion Design and strong attention to detail essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with AI and how this can benefit the creative process
 </li>
 <li>
 Easy-going, able to multitask, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure

 Able to quickly pick-up a client&rsquo;s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs

 </li>
 </ul>
 For New York applicants: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
 
 
 The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
