Digital Marketing SpecialistSummary of the roleThe Digital Marketing Specialist supports Joud and its related companies with always-on digital marketing. The role focuses on content creation, social media management, digital advertising, and trend spotting, with a strong bias toward execution and measurable growth in brand awareness and acquisition.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and create content for Joud and sister companies across:</li><li>Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc., depending on brand)</li><li>Blog / website updates</li><li>Basic email campaigns and newsletters</li><li>Draft copy in line with each brand&rsquo;s tone of voice and guidelines</li><li>Coordinate with design (or use basic design tools like Canva/Figma) to create visual assets</li><li>Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blogs, webinars, FAQs) into short-form posts and stories</li><li>Manage and grow Joud and related brands&rsquo; social media channels</li><li>Own a content calendar and posting schedule for each brand</li><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and escalate where needed</li><li>Track engagement (reach, impressions, clicks, saves, shares, followers) and propose improvements</li><li>Set up and manage basic paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)</li><li>Support with audience targeting, creatives, and ad copy</li><li>Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare simple performance reports</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies when needed (e.g., for larger or more technical</li></ul>campaigns)<ul><li>Stay up to date on social media and digital marketing trends, especially in: Fintech / BNPL / payments, GCC and MENA markets, Fashion &amp; Jewelries</li><li>Proactively suggest new content formats and platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, carousels, etc.)</li><li>Benchmark Joud and group brands against key competitors and bring ideas to close the gap</li></ul>Work with:<ul><li>Marketing / Growth lead (or CMO/Head of Marketing)</li><li>Product team (for new features, launches, and in-app campaigns)</li><li>HR / People (for employer branding content)</li><li>Help maintain an organized library of content assets and campaign records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing</li><li>Strong content creation skills: writing and basic visual sense</li><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or multiple brands</li><li>Basic experience with paid advertising on at least one platform (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn)</li><li>Familiarity with social media and ad metrics (reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple brands/companies and switching context</li><li>Very good English writing; Strong Native Arabic is a must (especially for GCC audience)</li><li>Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or financial services is a plus</li></ul>Experience with marketing tools such as:o Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Managero Mailchimp / HubSpot / other email toolso Canva / Figma or similar<ul><li>Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)</li><li>Detail-oriented and consistent in executing the content calendar</li><li>Curious and proactive about new trends, formats, and platforms</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities</li><li>Data-aware: looks at numbers and uses them to improve content and campaigns</li><li>Team player who can take feedback and iterate quickly</li></ul>How to applyPlease share:<ul><li>Your CV</li></ul><ul><li>Links to social media accounts, campaigns, or content you have managed or created</li></ul><ul><li>Any portfolio or examples of your work (strongly recommended)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, New grad
