 We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced
 
 Factory Manager
 
 to lead operations, boost productivity, and ensure top-quality standards in our high-tech textile/garment plant in Egypt
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Lead &amp; Plan:
 
 Define factory strategies (roadmaps, KPIs) and oversee daily production operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive Efficiency:
 
 Develop schedules, optimize processes, and implement Lean principles for maximum output.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure Quality:
 
 Maintain robust QC processes, solve non-conformance issues, and promote continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stay Compliant:
 
 Lead safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage Resources:
 
 Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and preventive schedules to avoid downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Inspire Teams:
 
 Mentor high-performing staff, set goals, and foster cross-department collaboration.
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Textile/Garment Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Industrial Engineering
 
 , or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3+ years
 
 in a managerial/supervisory role within textile/garment manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 setting up or scaling production operations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 English
 
 and
 
 Arabic
 
 </li>
