A*. Job purpose: *To translate scientific, marketing, and brand objectives into clear, accurate, and visually consistent designs across digital, print, and e-commerce platforms. The role exists to ensure Elume&rsquo;s communication is visually strong, brand-aligned, and execution-ready while supporting PMT, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams with timely, high-quality creativesB. Key Role tasksDigital &amp; Social Media Design<ul><li>Create social media creatives: static posts, carousels, story assets.</li><li>Produce website banners, digital ads, and campaign visuals</li><li>Design presentation decks and internal communication visuals</li></ul>E-Commerce Marketplace Creative Development<ul><li>Design Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart A+ content, infographic panels, and listing images</li><li>Build product comparison layouts, feature highlight graphics, and storefront banners</li></ul>Print Collaterals<ul><li>Develop brochures, product detailers, posters, visual aids, and clinic-distribution materials</li><li>Prepare print-ready files, ensuring colour accuracy, bleeds, margins, and vendor specifications</li></ul>Scientific &amp; PMT Visual Support<ul><li>Convert PMT scientific inputs into ingredient visuals, mechanisms of action diagrams, and claim graphics.</li><li>Create structured before&ndash;after layouts aligned to clinical study guidelines</li></ul>Motion Graphics, Video Editing &amp; 3D Render &ndash; good to have but not critical<ul><li>Perform basic editing in Premiere Pro (cuts, subtitles, sequences).</li><li>Create simple motion graphics/animations using After Effects</li><li>Produce product mockups and rendered visuals using 3ds Max or mockup tools</li></ul>Brand Consistency &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Maintain strict adherence to Elume&rsquo;s brand guidelines across all visuals.</li><li>Ensure uniformity in typography, colours, spacing, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Deliver revisions accurately and quickly based on structured feedback</li><li>Ability to independently create clean, professional layouts for social media, print, and digital.</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE:<ul><li>Working knowledge of multiple software&rsquo;s and platforms</li><li>Understanding of layout hierarchy, spacing, typography, colour consistency, and readability standards</li><li>Basics of UX/UI structure (for improving website banners and digital assets)</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce content requirements (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of AI platforms and prompting</li><li>Skills: abilities needed to perform a job well, comprising both job-specific and interpersonal competencies.</li><li>Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator/CorelDRAW skills</li><li>Ability to design marketplace creatives optimised for conversion</li><li>Skilled at video editing in Premiere Pro/After Effects.</li><li>Ability to generate product renders/mockups using 3ds Max (intermediate)</li><li>Skilled in preparing files for print, export specifications, colour profiles, and production workflows</li></ul>Qualification: GraduateExperience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with relavant internship experience can apply) Please share your resume at Sakshi.mahna@hitechformulations.comJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
