Job Title: Outdoor Sales ExecutiveLocation: Karachi, Tariq Road Job Type: Full-Time (Field-Based) Salary: Basic + Attractive CommissionWe are looking for a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Lead Generation Executive whose primary responsibility will be visiting sites/ projects across Karachi to identify elevator requirements and generate qualified sales leads.This role is field-based and requires daily outdoor visits.Key Responsibilities&middot;&middot; Identify potential customers&middot; Collect detailed information of the project&middot; Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and developers.&middot; Submit daily visit reports with verified leads.&middot; Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and meetings.&middot; Achieve monthly lead generation targetsRequirements&middot; Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred.&middot; 3 years of outdoor sales or marketing experience preferred.&middot; Must have own bike (mandatory).&middot; Must have a valid driving license.&middot; Familiar with Karachi areas and routes.&middot; Candidate must be living near Tariq Road / Bahadrabad / PECHS&middot; Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.Compensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive basic salary.&middot; Attractive commission per confirmed project.&middot; Fuel allowance (as per company policy).&middot; Growth opportunity within sales department.&middot; Performance-based incentives.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
