We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to join our car wash company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and business development, with a passion for building long-term partnerships and driving company growth. You will play a key role in expanding our services, identifying new clients, and establishing strategic collaborations within the automotive and facility management sectors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with malls, residential communities, fleet companies, and corporate clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitors and industry trends.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.</li><li>Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Arabic-speaking candidate </li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in car wash, automotive services, or facility management.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Car Wash company: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE License (Required)</li></ul>

Business Development Manager

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to join our car washing company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales for our car wash services across different locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s car washing services and negotiate contracts or service agreements.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in car wash or service industry preferred).</li><li>Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing) &ndash; English is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle field sales visits.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Transferable visa with NOC preferred.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission.</li><li>Other benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
