<div>Position Summary
Responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient&rsquo;s place of residents for evening and night after hours duty in accordance with the patient&rsquo;s respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient&rsquo;s family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team.
This position works from 5PM to 8AM Sunday to Saturday and will be located in Fargo and work 24 hours (0.6 FTE per week).
Pay Range: Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience) with additional shift differential.

Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum of LPN degree</li><li>
Preferred nursing experience, with at least one-year recent hospital, nursing home or homecare/hospice experience</li><li>
Strong clinical skills</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently</li></ul>
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required<ul><li>
Current RN/LPN Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or willing to obtain dual licensure).</li><li>
Current drivers license and auto insurance</li></ul></div>
