ABOUT THE JOBHIFIVE is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join our award-winning, rapidly growing advertising agency.The Social Media Content Creator works closely with creative, digital, &amp; freelance teams to develop video content for social platforms. As the Social Media Content Creator, you are consistently filming, shooting, editing, and designing a wide range of content for clients and internal brands. You&rsquo;ll take direction from the Content Director &amp; Creative Director, work with Project Managers, Account Managers and Clients to ensure that you&rsquo;re producing the best assets to meet client expectations, schedules, budgets, and scopes with uncanny attention to detail.IDEAL FITYou are someone who thinks creatively, presents fun ideas for social media, video, and photo productions. You can execute shot lists, creative direction, produce engaging content in batches. Video and photo edit in batches to meet timely delivery dates. The Content Producer is a natural communicator and collaborator with excellent self-starter skills. Check us out on Instagram @hi.fiveRESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Perform necessary tasks to ideate, develop, and produce social media content</li><li>Bring new ideas to the conversation on how to maximize value for clients &amp; partners</li><li>Build and execute shot lists &amp; scripts</li><li>Film social media video content with the intended use of posting them as reels</li><li>Edit video content with the intended use of posting them as reels</li><li>Take direction from Creative &amp; Content Directors</li><li>Produce batches of video content during on-site production</li><li>Advanced understanding of social media marketing</li><li>Post production tasks on various softwares &amp; platforms</li><li>Edit batches of video content in a timely manner</li><li>Participate in the initial ideation stage alongside directors &amp; clients</li><li>Advanced knowledge of photo &amp; video production</li><li>Communicate, interpret, and collaborate with client directive</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>At least 3+ years of experience with photo &amp; video production</li><li>Pro</li><li>3+ years of post production &amp; editing experience (including light grading &amp; sound mixing)</li><li>Portfolio of photo, video, static graphic, and/or motion graphics</li><li>Experience working with multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously</li><li>Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>General understanding and ability to use Google Suite, Slack, Monday.com, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.</li><li>attention to detail</li><li>Passion for emerging technologies, social media, and marketing</li><li>Knowledge of social media trends</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITSStarting salary base ranges from $50,000 - $55,000.
