Al Jebal Group of Opticals is looking for a multi-skilled Optical Technician cum Salesperson to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both technical tasks like lens fitting and assembly, and front-end sales duties including customer service and product recommendations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Grind, edge, and fit lenses into frames using manual or automated tools.</li><li>Interpret prescriptions and ensure precise lens alignment and fitting.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription and style.</li><li>Provide clear information about lens types, coatings, and pricing.</li><li>Manage repairs, adjustments, and ensure product quality before delivery.</li><li>Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and support the sales team in achieving targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or certification in optics or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in both optical lab work and sales.</li><li>Strong understanding of optical products and fabrication techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.</li><li>English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>How long did you work in UAE?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Optical Technician: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Fujairah (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
