Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales approaches.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the product portfolio and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.</li><li>Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. We are currently seeking a skilled Pharmacist for our Lulayah branch.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Provide medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding medication storage, handling, and dispensing.</li><li>Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes and promote medication adherence.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient information, and pharmacy transactions.</li><li>Monitor medication therapy outcomes and intervene when necessary to address medication-related issues.</li><li>Assist in educating patients and caregivers on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures.</li><li>Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on new medications, treatments, and pharmaceutical developments.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license is mandatory.</li><li>Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your visa status?</li><li>State your notice period</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>MOH License (Required)</li></ul>
