The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end social media management&mdash;from content planning and creation to performance analysis&mdash;ensuring consistent brand communication and meaningful audience engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage monthly and quarterly social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.</li><li>Create high-quality content including static posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and captions.</li><li>Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; ensure timely and professional responses.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, operations) for campaigns, approvals, and announcements.</li><li>Ensure all content complies with UAE healthcare advertising regulations and internal brand guidelines.</li><li>Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular analytical reports.</li><li>Recommend improvements based on insights, trends, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Stay updated on platform updates, social media trends, and digital best practices.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in social media management.</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries is an advantage.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and compliance.</li><li>Basic design and video editing skills; experience working with creative tools preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of the UAE market, audience behavior, and cultural sensitivities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Visa status?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
