Higharc is seeking accomplished and well-connected <b>Territory Account Managers</b> to support our growing market of regional homebuilders&mdash;an underserved group ready to modernize without increasing headcount or operational costs.</p><p></p><p><b>
What You'll Do</b></p><p>
As an Account Manager at Higharc, you'll lean into your established industry experience and relationships to build our network of customers in key geographic regions. You&rsquo;ll own the full sales cycle for regional homebuilders&mdash;intro, discovery, demo, proposal, and close&mdash;and you&rsquo;ll do it by understanding how homes get built and how technology improves that process.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll run your own prospecting and show up at the events and gatherings where builders actually are. You&rsquo;ll work directly with owners, presidents, and GMs who want a more modern way to sell and launch homes.</p><p>
You don&rsquo;t need to be an architect or technologist. You do need to understand how builders operate, speak confidently about construction plans and workflows, and show product value clearly. Higharc will train you on the platform and demo approach.</p><p>
This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact role in a new focus area for the company.</p><p><i>

Run focused discovery with builders</b> to understand plan workflows, sales processes, estimating practices, and launch timelines.</div></li><li><div><b>
Deliver clear, workflow-driven demos</b> that communicate value in plain language and show how builders can sell, estimate, and launch homes more effectively with Higharc.</div></li><li><div><b>
Own a fast, transactional sales cycle</b> from warm BDR handoffs through objection handling, ROI storytelling, and disciplined follow-up that keeps deals moving.</div></li><li><div><b>
Act as a hybrid sales engineer and portfolio guide</b>, tailoring conversations to regional and mid-sized builders and grounding recommendations in real homebuilding realities.</div></li><li><div><b>
Build pipeline through targeted outreach and community engagement</b>, including partner relationships, HBAs, regional builder groups, and industry events.</div></li><li><div><b>
Surface trends and competitive insights</b> that sharpen our messaging, demo approach, and commercial strategy.</div></li><li><div><b>
Maintain a strong feedback loop with Product Management</b> to inform roadmap priorities with pattern-based insights from the field.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
About You</b></p><p>

You have:</i></p><ul><li><div>
4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related field</div></li><li><div>
End-to-end sales experience (<i>Customer Success and/or Sales Engineering experience a plus</i>)</div></li><li><div>
Track record of success exceeding expectations in quota-driven roles</div></li><li><div>
A wide local network that you're eager to tap into</div></li><li><div>
A knack for being scrappy: building a new motion within a scaling company takes influence, entrepreneurship, and quick pivots and that excites you!</div></li><li><div>
A keen ability to learn software quickly and absorb new workflows fast</div></li><li><div>
An eagerness to meet builders in person and are able to engage confidently with senior decision-makers</div></li><li><div>
A willingness to travel locally/regionally (up to 25%)</div></li></ul><p></p><p>
