We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team! As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project cost estimates and contributing to the successful execution of our projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials (Ceramic &amp; Sanitary Ware)</li><li>Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates.</li><li>Work closely with engineers, and with relevant team to gather the necessary information.</li><li>Assist in evaluating and managing cost variations during project execution.</li><li>Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate pricing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in estimating.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Have experience/knowledge as an Estimator in the UAE, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cost estimating software and tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
