What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></h3><div>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Chapter Launch &amp; Event Coordination</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Support the launch of new local chapters under the guidance of the Manager, Community Programs.</p>
</li>
<li><div>Coordinate event logistics, including venue communication, vendor coordination, catering, and AV setup.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Execute approved communication campaigns (email, social, CRM) to support event attendance.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Provide operational support for in-person and virtual chapter events.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Track timelines and deliverables to ensure activities stay aligned with program plans.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Community Support &amp; Engagement</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Act as an operational point of contact for volunteer chapter leaders.</p>
</li>
<li><div>Support the onboarding of new leaders using standard templates and guidelines.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Share event resources and materials to ensure consistency with program standards.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate regular communication with chapter leaders and escalate concerns when required.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b></h2>

<li><p>Track chapter activities using predefined metrics such as attendance and engagement.</p>
</li>
<li><div>Support the collection of post-event feedback from leaders and attendees.</div>

<li><div>Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation for program visibility.</div>

<li><p>Share updates with the Manager, Community Programs on ongoing activities and gaps.</p>

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Operations &amp; Process Support</b></h2>

<li><p>Maintain accurate internal documentation and chapter records.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Document recurring challenges and share observations to support process improvements.</p>

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</b></h2>

<li><p>Coordinate with vendors, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders as part of event execution.</p>

<li><div>Support vendor communication and documentation in partnership with the Manager.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Track vendor deliverables and escalate issues when needed.</p>

<li><p>Follow established event compliance guidelines and approval processes.</p>

<li><p>Experience supporting events, community programs, or operational activities.</p>

<li><div>Comfort working within structured playbooks and processes.</div>

</ul><ul><li><div>Strong interpersonal skills when working with volunteer communities and internal teams.</div>

<li><div>Clear written and verbal communication.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Organized and reliable approach to stakeholder coordination.</div>

</ul><ul><li><div>Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM/email tools.</div>

<li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.</p>

</ul><p><b>Experience / Education</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>1&ndash;3 years of experience in event coordination, community operations, or program support roles.</p>
</li>
<li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).</div>
</li>
<li><div>Experience supporting distributed events or community programs is a plus.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments preferred.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and chapter support.</p>
