<div><b>About the Role:</b></div>
<div>We're seeking Software Development Engineer II with a deep mastery of Futter and a forward-thinking approach to AI-assisted development. If you&rsquo;ve architected complex systems, shipped high-performance mobile apps at scale, and pushed the boundaries of what AI can do for software engineers &mdash; this role is for you.</div>
<div>You&rsquo;ll join the team behind our Mobile Platform: a flexible, modular system powering a growing ecosystem of customizable business apps. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for building features from the ground up, guiding architectural decisions, and pioneering how AI can reliably write code, minimize hallucinations, and enhance every step of our dev lifecycle.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul>
<li><b>Architect and own </b>high-performance, scalable mobile software &mdash; from initial design to long-term stability and performance.</li>
<li><b>Build production-grade Futter apps</b> used by thousands of customers daily, across diverse industries and use cases.</li>
<li><b>Leverage LLMs and AI tools</b> to write, refactor, test, and debug code effciently &mdash; while implementing guardrails to reduce hallucination and boost reliability.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain <b>shared tooling, frameworks, and libraries</b> that empower other engineers to build fast with confdence.</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, PMs, and platform/backend engineers to ship full-stack features.</li>
<li>Measure and improve app performance, test coverage, code health, and build stability using modern dev tooling.</li>
<li>Stay on the bleeding edge of <b>AI/LLM technology</b>, Futter best practices, and mobile architecture patterns &mdash; and bring that knowledge back to the team.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:</b></h3><ul>
<li>4+ years of professional engineering experience (SDE II/III), including 3+ years in Futter/Dart.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to architect maintainable, modular mobile systems.</li>
<li>Mastery of Futter internals, widget lifecycle, performance profling, and popular state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Freezed, Bloc, MobX).</li>
<li>Experience working with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart.</li>
<li>Track record of shipping and supporting large-scale mobile apps in production.</li>
<li>Fluency in RESTful API design, mobile CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of AI-driven development tools &mdash; including prompt engineering, LLM-based code generation, test writing, and code review automation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with hallucination mitigation strategies (e.g., code constraints, test scaffolding, embeddings, context injection).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills &mdash; especially in distributed, asynchronous teams.</li>
<li><b>Bonus:</b> Contributions to AI tooling, Futter open-source libraries, or AI-enhanced mobile features.</li>

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product integrity and support our commitment to excellence in healthcare and manufacturing.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product certification activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with applicable standards.  </li><li>Collaborate with research, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to gather necessary documentation and technical data for certification submissions.  </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA regulations, international standards, and industry best practices related to clinical trials, manufacturing controls, and product safety.  </li><li>Manage relationships with certifying bodies and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, inspections, and renewals.  </li><li>Develop and implement robust compliance management systems to monitor ongoing adherence to certification requirements.  </li><li>Oversee internal audits related to certifications, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions.  </li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on certification processes, regulatory updates, and quality assurance protocols.</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of chemistry principles as they relate to manufacturing &amp; controls processes.  </li><li>Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations governing medical devices or pharmaceuticals.  </li><li>Proven experience managing certifications related to clinical trials and product safety standards.  </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.  </li><li>Expertise in research methodologies that support compliance documentation and validation activities.  </li><li>Excellent communication skills for liaising with regulatory agencies, internal teams, and external partners.  </li><li>Commitment to quality assurance practices that uphold product integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
