OverviewHigh Mountain Orthopedics LLC, a well established orthopedic practice in Wayne, NJ is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide physician assistant services in both hospitals and in-office patient care settings</li><li>Assist with patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under physician supervision</li><li>Support surgical an in-office procedural care as needed (eg., PRP and related procedures)</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with practice and regulatory standards</li><li>Collaborate closely with physicians, administrative staff and support personnel</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current NJ Physician Assistant License (or eligible)</li><li>Prior Orthopedic experience is strongly preferred</li><li>Comfortable with a minimum 40-hour/week schedule covering both office hours and hospital rounds</li><li>Strong communication skills and bedside manners a must</li><li>Team-oriented, able to work independently within a defined scope of practice</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Performance- based bonus opportunities</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Supportive, collegial practice environment</li></ul>To ApplyInterested candidates please email Cover Letter and Resume to : sheri@highmountainorthopedics.comPay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
