Our mission is to build a community of responsible, knowledgeable, and engaged cannabis users.Position Summary: The Social Media Representative / Digital Marketer will be responsible for creating &amp; posting content for our websites, blogs, &amp; our social media platforms. As well as creating digital creations for a wide array of projects. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can represent High Q Cannabis online thru digital content as well as interact with customers online and manage our online presence by creating and sharing engaging social media content.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain instragram, Facebook, &amp; Tik Toc accounts.</li><li>Monitor &amp; maintain online listings across various ecommerce platforms.</li><li>Create, post, &amp; manage content for websites, blogs, &amp; social media.</li></ul>Customer Engagement and Education:<ul><li>Provide knowledgeable insights about High Q&rsquo;s products, including strains, dosages, and safe use.</li><li>Educate and engage customers thru social media with product knowledge, practices, and company values.</li><li>Address customer questions in an informative and approachable manner.</li><li>Promote customer loyalty by fostering positive online interactions.</li></ul>Social Media Content Creation and Management:<ul><li>Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with High Q Cannabis&rsquo;s brand voice.</li><li>Manage posting schedules across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.</li><li>Stay updated on cannabis trends to inform content ideas and maintain relevancy.</li></ul>Community Building and Brand Awareness:<ul><li>Use social media to highlight events, promotions, and educational content that resonates with our audience.</li><li>Monitor comments and messages on social media, responding promptly and professionally to engage followers.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team members to align social media strategy with broader marketing goals.</li></ul>Compliance and Brand Standards:<ul><li>Ensure that all promotions, social media content, and customer interactions comply with Michigan cannabis regulations.</li><li>Represent High Q Cannabis in a manner that reflects our commitment to quality and responsibility.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Knowledge and Passion for Cannabis: Familiarity with cannabis products, benefits, and responsible usage. Passion for educating others and advocating for the responsible use of cannabis.</li><li>Customer Service and Social Media Experience: Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or similar roles is highly valued.</li><li>Creativity and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for social media content.</li><li>Professionalism and Reliability: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability.
