Role Overview:Responsible for driving student enrollments through on-ground marketing, school connect programs, and local promotional activities. This role focuses on outreach, lead generation, and event execution in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct school visits, meet principals/counselors to promote institute programs.</li><li>Organize and manage scholarship tests, seminars, and counseling sessions.</li><li>Handle branding activities &mdash; flex, banners, hoardings, flyers distribution.</li><li>Identify and build tie-ups with schools, tuition centers, and student communities.</li><li>Generate admission inquiries through local outreach and references.</li><li>Coordinate with academic and counseling teams for follow-up and conversions.</li><li>Support execution of marketing events and ensure proper data collection.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally and manage fieldwork independently.</li><li>Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets handling for lead tracking.</li><li>Dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented personality.</li></ul>Qualification: Graduate (any stream), MBA in Marketing preferred.Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in education marketing, field promotions, or admissions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
