With a growing portfolio of international and local beauty brands, we&rsquo;re redefining how Gen Z and millennials shop for beauty online.Role OverviewAs a Commercial Executive, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in growing our assortment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of pricing and catalog operations. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role where attention to detail, speed, and ownership are critical.Key Responsibilities&middot; Assist in onboarding new brands and products to Highfy&rsquo;s catalog&middot; Coordinate with vendors for price negotiations, PO creation, and stock planning&middot; Support the Category Manager in managing product performance (sales, inventory, margins)&middot; Own the accuracy of SKUs, pricing, discounts, and promotions on Shopify and backend systems&middot; Ensure timely product uploads and catalog hygiene (images, descriptions, tags)&middot; Analyze sales and stock data to support purchase decisions and replenishment planning&middot; Track and coordinate brand campaigns, sampling, and visibility slots&middot; Work closely with Fulfillment, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure commercial alignment&middot; Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and identify new growth opportunitiesRequirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a commercial, merchandising, or buying role (eCommerce/FMCG preferred)&middot; Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify and SAP is a plus&middot; Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive&middot; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities&middot; Passion for beauty, eCommerce, and startup environmentsJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon can you join</li><li>Current salary</li><li>Expected salary</li></ul>Work Location: In person
