About the role
Be the welcoming first impression for residents, families, and visitors.
Handle the front desk, phones, and guest experience&mdash;creating a warm, helpful environment.
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Field requests and support resident/family needs</li><li>Manage first‑impression areas and phone system</li><li>Maintain basic records and administrative systems</li><li>Assist with events and community communications</li><li>Create informal opportunities for resident socialization</li></ul>
Skills &amp; attributes<ul><li>Top‑notch customer service and hospitality mindset</li><li>Kind, professional communication; phone etiquette</li><li>MS Office basics; comfort multi‑tasking</li><li>Awareness of environment and details</li><li>Team player with follow‑through</li></ul>
Relatable experience<ul><li>Front desk, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles</li><li>Volunteer experiences focused on helping others</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>At least 18 years of age</li><li>1+ year in high‑level customer service</li><li>Current negative TB test; able to pass background check</li></ul>
