Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator (VP of Sales Support)Location: Phoenix Department: Sales / Marketing Reports To: VP of SalesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator to directly support the VP of Sales. This role serves as a key operational partner, helping drive efficiency across both sales and marketing functions.We are seeking a highly creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven professional with strong experience in marketing content creation, social media management, and operational support. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing across multiple areas, including marketing coordination, project management, reporting, and communication, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with data and reporting, and can execute on marketing initiatives while helping keep projects, communication, and deliverables organized and moving forward.This role is critical in supporting revenue-driving initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Executive Support<ul><li>Prepare and maintain sales and revenue reports for leadership</li><li>Export, clean, and format data from NetSuite for reporting and analysis</li><li>Assist in building presentations and materials for Sales and Executive meetings</li><li>Draft and send internal communications on behalf of leadership</li><li>Support KPI tracking and reporting across departments</li><li>Assist with special projects, reporting requests, and operational initiatives</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and sales data</li></ul>Marketing Coordination &amp; Execution<ul><li>Assist in the creation of weekly flyers, email campaigns, and promotional materials</li><li>Support ongoing marketing campaigns, promotions, and content updates</li><li>Create and maintain recurring content, including:</li><li>Billboard advertising</li><li>Social media content</li><li>Client-facing sales materials</li><li>Promotional graphics and updates</li><li>Assist with marketing materials for clients, partners, and internal teams</li><li>Coordinate ordering of business cards, brochures, catalogs, and marketing collateral</li></ul>Operations &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>Help manage timelines, projects, and follow-up items across departments</li><li>Research tools and resources for lead generation, prospecting, and operational efficiency</li><li>Assist in planning and coordination for trade shows, events, and company initiatives (KBIS, showroom events, etc.)</li><li>Support implementation and coordination of portal and kiosk initiatives</li><li>Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to improve communication and execution</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and ad creation</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with Outlook platforms, reporting systems, and data management</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and data organization</li><li>Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred</li><li>Strong experience with marketing content creation and social media coordination</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn systems and tools</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities</li><li>Comfortable handling both administrative and creative responsibilities</li><li>Strong sense of urgency and accountability</li><li>Ability to work independently while supporting leadership directly</li></ul>Position TypePart-Time Hourly Position This is not a remote position.Estimated Hours: 20 hours per weekCompensation Range: Approximately $30&ndash;$38/hour depending on experience and qualificationsWhy This Role MattersThis role is a direct support position to the VP of Sales and plays an important part in helping streamline operations, improve communication, maintain consistency across marketing efforts, and support the continued growth of the company.Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hourWork Location: In person
