Clinical and patient care<ul><li>Oversee and manage all nursing care for patients in their department or ward during a shift.</li><li>Delegate tasks to the nursing staff, including nurses, aides, and other support staff.</li><li>Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.</li><li>Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to patient care protocols and hospital procedures.</li><li>Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns.</li></ul>Staff and administrative support<ul><li>Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing training and support as needed.</li><li>Create and evaluate staffing plans and schedules.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the nursing staff and physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and laws.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.</li><li>Check on the availability of necessary supplies and medications.</li></ul>Leadership and improvement<ul><li>Lead the nursing unit, inspiring staff and communicating the vision for excellence.</li><li>Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.</li><li>Contribute to policy development and implement improvements for patient care quality.</li><li>Provide guidance, counseling, and performance feedback to staff.</li><li>Address disciplinary issues and maintain discipline among the staff</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
