We are currently hiring for the position of Field Sales Consultant:<ul><li>Male candidates preferred</li><li>HS or Graduate</li><li>Must have previous experience in Finance, Telecom, Bank, etc</li><li>Must have two wheeler and valid Driving License</li></ul>Job Description :<ul><li>Sales target Achievement on retail sales, order booking, Enquiries, In-house Insurance, In-house retail Finance and accessories sales.</li><li>Generation of inquiries &amp; contacts through various sources</li><li>Maintain good relationship with customers in sales Process and post sales to generate more business.</li><li>Adherence to SOP in the following areas:</li><li>&middot;Customer satisfaction</li><li>Improvement in sales efficiency.</li><li>Effective sales process.</li><li>Target achievement.</li><li>Create value with customer and facilitate them in realizing their needs by a special way of selling cars.</li><li>Attend demo/events organized by marketing team.</li><li>More productive with product knowledge and to develop the skills like Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Analyzing a customer&rsquo;s requirement and recognizing market trends.</li><li>To satisfy the needs of the customers more than their expectation through quality sales service.</li><li>Attend Training &amp; Evaluation sessions conducted by Dealer</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,500.00 - &#8377;14,700.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
