   Design, build, deliver, and maintain reports and visualizations, while adhering to best practices. Fulfil ad-hoc reporting requests and on occasion maintain a recurring reporting need.

   Understand the organization's data, definitions, use cases, and available reporting and analysis tools. Create and provide training on various models and analyses.

   Serve as a data &ldquo;steward,&rdquo; enabling continuous improvement in data quality. Ensure consistency in how data is disseminated and used across departments. Evaluate and shape the data infrastructure of the business and provide input regarding data strategy. Actively participate in documentation of data and data dictionaries.

   Identify sources of data, analyze quality and utility of data, use various tools to ingest data, and apply transformation logic to present datasets for consumption in reports and visualizations.

   Development of queries, reports, and financial or operational analyses models.
  </li>
  <li>
   Customer service oriented. Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization to facilitate BI adoption.
  </li>
  <li>
   REIT, Multifamily or Real Estate exposure/experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with large datasets, and proficiency with data modeling/data warehousing concepts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Yardi &amp; SQL familiarity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiar with Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA)
  </li>
