Qualifications and requirements:<ul><li>
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required</li><li>
American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications</li><li>
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required to be current upon hire</li><li>
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 6 months of hire</li><li>
Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN
