The Team: Risk &amp; Regulatory - ERP Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) &amp; Internal Control Automation Solutions

Our team is comprised of a powerful mix of seasoned professionals with public accounting experience and business consultants with a deep expertise in a broad range of industries and focus areas. We take a comprehensive approach to help clients navigate through internal audit, risk, and compliance activities. We work as a broader team to address a wide range of business needs across the organization.

Your Impact

Provide ERP, automation, AI and data analytics support to clients of our growing Risk and Regulatory practice. Serve in a client-facing and field team leader role by leading defined work streams focused on IT risk and automation. Activities include:
<ul>
<li>Work on risk advisory engagements from beginning to end, including planning, execution, reporting, and supervision of consultants.</li>
<li>Apply current knowledge of IT trends, techniques, and risks to identify technology enabled opportunities to enhance value to our clients.</li>
<li>Identify internal controls issues within our clients' ERP environment and design and implement solutions to mitigate risk.</li>
<li>Develop understanding of core ERP processes and look for opportunities to help management in gaining process efficiencies and control optimization.</li>
<li>Summarize and document results of ERP internal controls testing for management reporting including proper disposition of test exceptions.</li>
<li>Assist clients redesign and transform their ERP risk management and related technical controls to achieve their compliance goals.</li>
<li>Contribute to the growth of the risk advisory team to achieve key goals and initiatives.</li>
<li>Document and perform analysis of client environment including technology strategy, current technology architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.</li>
<li>Develop strategies and recommendations for technology-enabled solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration and security.</li>
<li>Responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of automation solutions.</li>
<li>Support the development of an Automation Center of Excellence to align client's strategic priorities, develop performance/risk reporting, and support the transition to a new service delivery model (e.g. Agile).</li>
<li>Develop automation solutions across various platforms</li>
</ul>
What Do You Need to Succeed?

At a minimum, you will have:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of ERP, automation and data analytics experience in professional services and/or specific relevant internal audit industry experience.</li>
<li>CISA, CISSP, or other applicable certification.</li>
<li>Knowledge of ERP security and control leading practices to provide clients effective and practical recommendations.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with one or more &quot;low code&quot; RPA, AI and/or data analytic tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Subject Matter Expertise on select ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, or Workday</li>
<li>Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.</li>
<li>Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.</li>
<li>Experience with identifying and correcting problems in imperfect data and processes.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or a related field.</li>
<li>Must be flexible for travel.</li>
</ul>
Preferably, you will have:
<ul>
<li>Experience architecting and developing AI/ML solutions.</li>
<li>Experience programming in Python, SQL, and/or R.</li>
<li>Significant experience and/or Certification Alteryx, PowerBi and UiPath.</li>
<li>ERP security assessment and/or design and implementation experience.</li>
<li>Experience with the design and implementation of ERP GRC tools and related processes.</li>

Your Impact

The Level 1 Call Center Agent will be responsible to support customers from our 24x7 call center. This person must provide exceptional call center support. Customer Service and Communication skills are a must and critical to the success of this role.
<ul>
<li>Ticket/Issue Escalations for assigned call center</li>
<li>Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software</li>
<li>Assist with last-minute coverage needs</li>
<li>Review customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms</li>
<li>Deliver service and support to end-users, including via remote connection or over the Internet</li>
<li>Research required information using available resources</li>
<li>Follow standard processes and procedures</li>
<li>Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary</li>
<li>Stay current with email, team chats, system information, changes, and updates</li>
<li>Follows proper escalation procedures as defined by management</li>
<li>Ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and courteous service</li>
</ul>
What Do You Need to Succeed?

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of experience in the Information Technology and/or Call Center field preferred</li>
<li>2-year Associates degree or equivalent experience is desired.</li>
<li>Proper phone etiquette and effective listening skills</li>
<li>Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately with demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.</li>
<li>Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (ITIL training a plus)</li>
<li>Medical/clinical terminology is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time</li>
<li>Experience supporting software computer applications and equipment from a remote helpdesk environment</li>
<li>Experience with mobile device support (iPhone and Android)</li>
<li>Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions of the company</li>
<li>Must have a strong personal drive for delivering great customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a proactive focus</li>
<li>Experience maintaining, and troubleshooting all versions of Microsoft Windows operating system</li>
<li>Need to be flexible, adaptable, and possess creative problem-solving skills</li>
