Our Integrative Psychiatry services are designed to treat the whole person, optimizing our patients&rsquo; overall health and well-being while prioritizing comprehensive and compassionate care. Our advanced services include: Esketamine (spravato), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Programming, and IV Ketamine.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients</li><li>
Diagnose and treat mental illnesses and disorders including major depression bipolar illnesses, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and co-morbid substance misuse</li><li>
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. Regularly assess and document patients&rsquo; progress toward their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being</li><li>
Deliver and supervise effects of interventional treatments as appropriate including IV Ketamine and TMS. Refer patients who require intensive psychotherapy to IOP programming as indicated</li><li>
Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness, side effects, and patients&rsquo; preferences to develop an ideal pharmacological regimen</li><li>
Provide supportive therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups. Refer to our network of providers for specialized psychotherapies like DBT, CBT, PET, etc</li><li>
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals&mdash;including other psychiatrist peers, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists&mdash;to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness</li><li>
Order medical work-ups including laboratory assessments, diagnostic tests, and specialty consultations to ensure that physical health and mental health are fully integrated</li><li>
Actively engage in supervision of Advanced Practice Providers. HTH will protect time in your schedule for this teaching and supervisory role and we will help you develop a comprehensive and supportive structure for collaborating with your APPs</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>
Board Certified or Board Eligible</li><li>
Successfully completed an accredited four-year psychiatry residency training program</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities</li><li>
Desire to learn indications and contraindications as well as protocols for psychiatric interventions including TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and Intensive Outpatient Services</li><li>
Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans that integrate biological, psychological, social, and existential variables</li><li>
Proficient in conducting supportive therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches; good judgment in referring appropriate patients to psychotherapy specialists</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, their families and other support systems, and referring / collaborating providers within the community</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete records</li></ul>
