Rate of Pay: $16 per hour + tips
Supervisor: Food &amp; Beverage Manager 
The Server at Purity Spring Resort / Traditions Restaurant is responsible for attending to guests seated in their section. Responsibilities include ensuring the tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages to customers accurately and with a positive attitude, and clearing and resetting tables.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School graduate or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Ability to operate computerized POS system, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions</li><li>
Team Player, ability to work within a fast paced, team environment</li><li>
Prefer a minimum of one year of serving experience</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)</li><li>
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands for prolonged periods of time</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greets guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials, and menu options.</li><li>
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.</li><li>
Maintains service station, before, during and after shift to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness. Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer.</li><li>
Confirms ready orders for accuracy, then runs them from kitchen to guest, as part of team service. Before departing table, ensure that guests have their complete order, cooked to their satisfaction and all their required items are delivered.</li><li>
Ensures Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.</li><li>
Delivers check promptly, completes transaction and thanks guests for coming to restaurant.</li><li>
Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.</li></ul>

About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and driven Marketing Manager with a strong design background to help lead the next chapter of four iconic, family-owned New Hampshire destinations: King Pine Ski Area, Purity Spring Resort, Danforth Bay Camping &amp; RV Resort, and Camp Tohkomeupog. Deeply rooted in tradition and community, these properties are entering an exciting period of growth, modernization, and brand evolution - while staying true to the values that have defined them for generations. The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager, content creator, and brand ambassador. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in elevating our digital presence, deepening guest connection, and bringing timeless experiences to life through modern marketing.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Brand, Strategy &amp; Storytelling<div><ul><li>
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, print, and on-property channels</li><li>
Help evolve brand storytelling while honoring the heritage, personality, and community roots of each destination</li><li>
Stay inspired by hospitality, lifestyle, and design trends to inform creative direction and brand growth</li></ul></div>
Social Media &amp; Brand Ambassador<div><ul><li>
Serve as a social media brand ambassador, representing the spirit, voice, and guest experience of each property</li><li>

Engage with guests, followers, and partners to foster community and brand loyalty</li><li>

Website &amp; Digital Presence<div><ul><li>
Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring timely promotions, visual freshness, and accurate seasonal content</li><li>
Support landing pages, announcements, and SEO-friendly updates to enhance the digital guest journey</li></ul></div>
Email Marketing &amp; Promotions<div><ul><li>
Develop engaging email campaigns that inform, inspire, and drive bookings</li><li>
Support promotional planning including offers, events, and seasonal messaging</li><li>
Track email performance and collaborate with team members on optimization strategies</li></ul></div>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<div><ul><li>
1 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, ski, tourism, or related industries</li><li>
Strong command of social media tools, analytics, and content scheduling platforms</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites or similar</li><li>
Experience developing email marketing and promotional content</li><li>
Design expertise using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work independently</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Highly organized, collaborative, and energized by managing multiple creative projects</li></ul>

About the Role:
The Banquet Server I plays a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences during events and functions held at the resort. This position is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met promptly and professionally. The Banquet Server I collaborates closely with the banquet team to set up event spaces according to specifications and maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the event. We don't simply serve meals, we create experiences. Success in this role contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the venue. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with lots of time outdoors.
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.</li><li>

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to established service standards.</li><li>
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth service.</li><li>
Read, understand, and anticipate the details of the Banquet Event Order for each event, always looking for the next action item.</li><li>
Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas following events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.</li></ul>

The Banquet Server I utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to interact effectively with guests and team members, ensuring a positive event experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for setting up banquet spaces accurately and maintaining service flow.
