We are a dynamic 3PL company specializing in end-to-end logistics solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project/Logistics Coordinator to join our Houston team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless order management, warehouse coordination, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Order Management:</li><li>Receive and process daily customer orders with accuracy.</li><li>Maintain organized records and documentation.</li><li>Order Dispatching:</li><li>Coordinate and dispatch orders to operations teams or external vendors.</li><li>Ensure clear communication of order requirements and timelines.</li><li>Order Fulfillment Tracking:</li><li>Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Address and resolve delays or disruptions in a timely manner.</li><li>System Updates and Reporting:</li><li>Input order details into the project management system.</li><li>Generate detailed reports based on project manager instructions.</li><li>Issue Resolution:</li><li>Identify and report service or operational issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve challenges effectively.</li><li>Warehouse Coordination:</li><li>Travel to the Houston warehouse as required to oversee operations and conduct inventory checks.</li><li>Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and inventory systems.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to travel locally to the Houston warehouse as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of ocean shipment operations.</li><li>Experience in warehouse coordination and inventory control.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasadena, TX 77503
