<div><p>M. Sc Organic Chemistry with experience of 1-3 years in API R&amp;D

Should be well verse with process development activities

Should be ready to work in shifts

Should have basic understanding of spectroscopic techniques</p></div>

Scientist 1 - API

<div><p><b>KEY TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Maintain Instrumentation system by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance &amp; repairs during shut-downs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting departmental head for completing ISO and safety audits / Visits and its timely compliance.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting departmental head for forecasting Instrumentation engineering requirements, control on Instrumentation budget &amp; initiating corrective actions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Working closely with the Operations / other Sections to ensure a common approach and develop best practices.
</li></ul><ul><li>Carried out Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting &amp; Analysis of various instruments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain discipline, punctuality and healthy industrial relations and follow company&rsquo;s guidelines and standing orders.
</li></ul><ul><li>Adherence to Safety - Ensure all the safety rules as per OHSAS &amp; EMS are followed for Man, Machine and Material.
</li></ul><ul><li>Training the subordinates as per the identified training needs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise &amp; act as mentor for technical trainees, apprentice, helpers for their learning in your area.
</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise the work activities of all subordinates.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide training to workers, trainees, apprentice, helpers, and housekeeping staff.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
