Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.</li><li>Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites (WordPress), blogs, social media, and print advertising.</li><li>Conduct research to identify market trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Support the management of advertising sales initiatives and assist in budgeting for marketing projects.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to analyze campaign performance and generate reports.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on B2B marketing efforts and e-commerce initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to the design of promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Aid in the execution of performance marketing strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.</li><li>Assist with copywriting tasks for advertisements, emails, and other promotional content.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Experience with WordPress for website management is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML is a plus but not required.</li><li>Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in written communication.</li><li>Experience or coursework related to performance marketing or e-commerce is beneficial.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about various aspects of marketing.
