 <b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Performs wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR) of raw materials, in-process and finished products.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Performs physical testing and chemical analysis of Pharmaceutical Packaging Material.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and resolves operations issues.</li>
<li>Prepares and standardizes volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators Internal calibration of instruments according to work instructions.</li>
<li>Validation of the assay methods of finished products.</li>
<li>Participates in validation of facilities and manufacturing processes</li>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Perform all the desired tests.</li>
<li>Follow the cGMPs, GLPs and safety precautions.</li>
<li>Follow the documentation system requirements.</li>
<li>Perform calibration &amp; calibration checks as needed.</li>
<li>Perform analytical method validation.</li>
<li>Perform in-process control tests.</li>
<li>Perform cleaning verification.</li>
<li>Perform sampling verification.</li>
<li>Perform testing.</li>
<li>Affixing quarantine / release labels.</li>
<li>Follow and preparing reagent solutions and other analytical requirements.</li>
<li>All required activities to ensure quality and quantity of work and cost effectiveness with compliance of cGMPs, GLPs and safety requirement.</li>
<li>Result recording on SAP computer system.</li>
<li>Creating and Updating certificate of analysis and method of analysis.</li></ul><br>
