Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing supports the execution of the Hilco Global brand and communications strategy through best-in-class digital marketing practices. This role is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality digital execution across channels including websites, email, social media, search (SEO/GEO), analytics, and campaign support.
The role reports to the Manager of Brand Marketing and Communications and works in close partnership with marketing leadership, with regular visibility to the Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing and Communications. The Senior Associate serves as a key executional partner in bringing the Hilco Global brand, messaging, and thought leadership to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Digital Execution
<ul><li>Execute digital marketing initiatives that support the Hilco Global brand, communications, and business priorities
</li><li>Translate firmwide messaging and positioning into consistent, high-quality digital experiences
</li><li>Ensure digital channels reflect Hilco&rsquo;s standards for professionalism, credibility, and clarity
</li><li>Support integrated campaigns and announcements in coordination with brand, communications, and practice-area stakeholders
</li></ul>Content &amp; Thought Leadership Distribution
<ul><li>Support the digital packaging and distribution of thought leadership, insights, announcements, and firm communications
</li><li>Work with subject-matter experts, practice-area leaders, and marketing leadership to publish and promote content across digital channels
</li><li>Optimize content for digital channels while maintaining editorial integrity and brand voice
</li><li>Maintain content calendars to ensure timely, coordinated execution
</li></ul>Social Media (Brand &amp; Communications Focus)
<ul><li>Execute the Hilco Global social media presence as an extension of the firm&rsquo;s brand and communications strategy
</li><li>Publish and manage content that highlights thought leadership, firm news, and practice-area expertise
</li><li>Monitor engagement and sentiment, escalating issues to marketing leadership
</li><li>Use performance insights to refine formats, cadence, and channel focus
</li></ul>Website, SEO/GEO &amp; Digital Platforms
<ul><li>Support ongoing updates to Hilco Global websites and digital properties
</li><li>Implement SEO and GEO best practices to improve discoverability across traditional and generative search environments
</li><li>Optimize on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and structured content to support visibility and authority
</li><li>Assist with content optimization for AI-driven summaries and generative search results
</li></ul>Email Marketing &amp; List Management
<ul><li>Execute email marketing initiatives, newsletters, and targeted digital outreach in support of brand communications
</li><li>Work closely with the CRM team to manage and maintain distribution lists to support targeted outreach aligned with business priorities
</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, list hygiene, testing, and compliance with internal standards and regulations
</li></ul>Measurement, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul><li>Track and report on digital performance across channels, including engagement, reach, website traffic, and search visibility
</li><li>Monitor SEO/GEO indicators to assess content discoverability and authority
</li><li>Provide clear, actionable insights to marketing leadership to inform refinements and improvements
</li><li>Support documentation and process improvements across digital marketing workflows
</li></ul>Qualifications
Required
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
</li><li>2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within professional services or B2B environments
</li><li>Proven experience executing digital campaigns and managing content across multiple platforms
</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and content optimization skills
</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital analytics
</li><li>Experience with CMS (WordPress), email marketing platforms (Paminga/Net-Results), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social media management tools
</li></ul>Preferred
<ul><li>Experience supporting multiple practice areas or complex, matrixed organizations
</li><li>Familiarity with SEO tools and evolving generative search environments
</li><li>Experience working closely with senior leaders or subject-matter experts
</li><li>Understanding of brand governance and communications standards

</li></ul>Annual base salary gross: $75,000-$85,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco&rsquo;s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
