<div>Supervise and manage daily operations of the natural gas processing facility safely and in alignment with company strategy, while fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and adherence to core values.<div>
Essential Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Manage and review daily plant operations.</li><li>
Analyze plant performance for improvements and manage the implementation of identified improvements.</li><li>
Prepare capital and expense documentation to derive Authorization for Expenditures (AFE&rsquo;s).</li><li>
Understand the difference between capital and expense AFE&rsquo;s</li><li>
Work with engineering and operations team on proper specifications and installation of process equipment.</li><li>
Manage staff and contract employees to achieve goals with available resources.</li><li>
Negotiate time and cost disputes with contractors and all vendors.</li><li>
Manage all aspects of PSM program at plant facility.</li><li>
Manage and supervise the training of all plant operators while maintaining clear standards.</li><li>
Adhere to and manage required safety and environmental regulations for plant facility</li><li>
Manage all aspects of plant turnarounds &ndash; budgeting, timing, unexpected occurrences, safety, etc.</li><li>
Prepare yearly operational budgets for the plant facility</li><li>
Manage and promote day-to-day safety expectations</li><li>
Plan and organize workloads and staff assignments; train, motivate, and evaluate assigned staff; review progress and direct change as necessary.</li><li>
Maintain schedule of projects and supervise completion while ensuring inventories are maintained to support proper plant function.</li><li>
Identify and evaluate solutions to optimize plant operations to maximize throughput and runtime through cost efficient implementation.</li><li>
Lead in forecasting budgets for yearly plan operating and capital expenditures.</li><li>

Adhere to established work schedule, attendance schedule, and practice punctuality for work and meetings.</li><li>

Assist with salary administration.</li><li>
Assist in and hiring and retention of employees.</li><li>
Maintains company and employee confidence and protect company assets including intellectual property by keeping information confidential.</li><li>
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing planned strategy.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Other Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Supervises personnel and conduct employee performance evaluations.</li><li>
Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).</li><li>
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.</li><li>
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.</li><li>
Self-starter with proven leadership skills, team oriented, calm while working under pressure, and dedicated to developing a strong workforce culture.</li><li>

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Ten (10) years minimum experience in the operation of oil and gas plant facilities or other related field.</li><li>
Ability to work established work schedule.</li><li>
Mastery and working knowledge of mechanical skills.</li><li>
Ability to accurately solve problems.</li><li>
Ability to work long hours in order to cover/monitor assigned territory.</li><li>
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.</li><li>
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner.</li><li>
Self-starter with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to developing workforce.</li><li>
Good management, administrative, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in the use and application of the following computer software:<ul><li><i>
Preferred</i>: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div>
Education Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.</li></ul><div></div><div>
