Job Summary: Perform manual labor, assisting skilled craft workers in performing assigned duties.

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Unload and carry materials at construction sites</li>
<li>Clean up site from debris and discarded material</li>
<li>Operate pneumatic tools</li>
<li>Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures</li>
<li>Committed to culture of safety and quality</li>
<li>Assist carpenters and other trades</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.</li>
<li>Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.</li>
<li>Good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.</li>
<li>Wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.</li>
<li>Walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile</li>
<li>Talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on telephone</li>
<li>Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures</li>
