Hiller Comerford Injury &amp; Disability Law seeks an Intake Case Manager (VA Department) to conduct the initial review of client or potential client&rsquo;s records to identify possible claim strategies based on VA regulations. The candidate must possess excellent phone skills, writing skills, computer skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment. The candidate must also be reliable and organized as well as have the ability to handle confidential information.Duties include, but are not limited to:1. Conduct a full VA review which includes a Case Review and Strategy Development.2. Identifies potential VA claims and drafts the initial case plan3. Establishes potential opportunities for claims4. Develops additional evidence required for the case5. Conducts a case review after which the Intake Case Manager prepares the initial consultation and reviews it with the client6. Gathers additional information and details about the client&rsquo;s service history and medical conditions7. Shares potential claim options based on VA regulations with the client8. Documents client responses in the Case Management software9. Informs the client of additional evidence required for the claim and records this information in CMS10. Hiller Comerford Injury &amp; Disability Law seeks an Intake Specialist to handle a high volume of intakes for the firm's practice area of Social Security Disability.The candidate must possess excellent phone skills, writing skills, and keyboarding/data entry skills. The candidate must be reliable, highly organized, have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment, and have the ability to handle confidential information.Duties:- Make high volume calls to clients. We handle Social Security Disability, SSI, Veterans Disability, Personal Injury, and much more.We are seeking a Document Specialist/Legal Assistant for our Social Security Disability department. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This candidate must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment as well as be reliable, highly organized, pay strong attention to detail and have excellent time management skills.This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM.
