Lead Designer, Pointe Grand 

The Lead Designer, Pointe Grand is a mission-critical role and the main service provider of graphic design and visual identity content for the Pointe Grand Communities brand. This is a content-creator-first position: the Lead Designer builds and deploys the assets that bring current, new, and upcoming properties to market, from on-site signage and large-format advertising to print collateral and digital assets. They maintain and enforce the Pointe Grand brand guidelines and standards under the direction of the VP, Brand &amp; Creative, keeping every property on-brand as the portfolio grows.

Reporting to the VP, Brand &amp; Creative and partnering closely with the Creative Production Director, the Lead Designer pairs static and brand-system work with the Director's video and motion output to amplify both, and builds templates and systems that let the wider team and vendors deploy on-brand assets at portfolio scale. The role is an individual contributor today with the potential to grow and lead a design team over time 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Pointe Grand Design &amp; Content Creation
<ul><li>Act as the primary designer and content creator for the Pointe Grand brand, building and deploying assets for current, new, and upcoming properties.</li>
<li>Design property signage and collateral packages, including on-site signage (monument, wayfinding, leasing office, and amenity), large-format advertising (billboards, bandit signs, banners), print collateral (flyers, brochures, leasing materials, welcome packets), and digital assets (social templates, digital ads, email and web graphics).</li>
<li>Lead new design efforts from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Prepare and package print-ready files with accurate sizes, bleeds, color, and exports for vendor handoff; a project manager or the Creative Production Director coordinates vendor production and installations.</li>
</ul></li><li>Brand Guidelines &amp; Standards
<ul><li>Maintain and enforce the Pointe Grand brand guidelines and standards, keeping them current under the direction of the VP, Brand &amp; Creative.</li>
<li>Serve as the design subject matter expert for the Pointe Grand brand, safeguarding creative consistency across every medium.</li>
<li>Ensure visual consistency across digital, print, presentations, signage, and collateral.</li>
</ul></li><li>Motion Graphics
<ul><li>Build mid-level motion graphics for animated social content, digital ads, and simple promotional content in After Effects or equivalent software.</li>
<li>Pair motion and static design with the Creative Production Director's video output to create unified Pointe Grand campaigns.</li>
</ul></li><li>AI-Enabled Design Pipeline
<ul><li>Use AI tools as a core part of the design pipeline for asset generation (imagery, backgrounds, textures, mockups), production acceleration (resizing, background removal, upscaling, variations), rapid ideation and concepting, and AI-assisted motion and video elements.</li>
<li>Apply AI to increase output and speed while ensuring every deliverable remains on-brand and production-accurate.</li>
</ul></li><li>Collaboration &amp; Sales
<ul><li>Partner with the Creative Production Director to amplify output, combining design with motion and video while building templates and systems that teams and vendors can deploy at scale.</li>
<li>Build Canva templates so property, marketing, and operations teams can self-serve on-brand assets, and use Canva alongside Adobe for fast, collaborative production.</li>
<li>Partner with Property Marketing and Property Operations teams to develop and deliver the assets each property needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with, review, and manage work from external agencies and vendors as needed.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of professional design experience, including brand and production work.</li>
<li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; comfortable in Canva for templates and collaborative production.</li>
<li>Mid-level motion graphics ability (After Effects or equivalent).</li>
<li>Highly comfortable using AI tools as part of the design pipeline.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of brand management and visual design systems.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and production accuracy for print and digital.</li>
<li>Multifamily, real estate, or related industry experience preferred.</li></ul> 
 
Work Environment:

Marketing &amp; Centralized Project Manager 
The Marketing &amp; Centralized Project Manager serves as the implementation specialist supporting the Project Advisory function and the Marketing and Centralized Operations teams. This role owns the day-to-day operation of several connected systems and tools, conducts recurring data and feedback analysis, and provides implementation support on projects across departments. Reporting to the Director of Project Advisory, this individual keeps core operational systems running, prepares accurate reporting, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities. 


Key Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operation of Hillpointe's internal ticketing system, diving into ticket data when needed to surface trends, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.</li>
<li>Conduct recurring Prospective Renter feedback surveys covering a range of topics that span multiple departments, and compile the results into clear, usable findings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Data team on executive reporting to support the Director of Project Advisory, ensuring underlying data is accurate, organized, and ready for executive presentation.</li>

<ul><li>Implement and manage the portfolio's Virtual Leasing Agent AI across all channels, providing performance reporting and recommendations to the Director of Project Advisory.</li>

<li>Maintain the portfolio's Product Knowledge Base within the CRM to ensure consistent and accurate data flows across connected systems.</li>

Qualifications:
