About the Role: We are looking for an experienced senior accountant with strong knowledge to manage day-to-day finance and compliance functions. The role requires hands-on expertise in accounting operations and coordination with banks and other departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounts in AP, AR, GL, vouchers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and update budget sheets, P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS &amp; TCS filings.</li><li>Handle voucher filing, purchase bill checking, and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, production, and other teams for financial accuracy.</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a senior accountant or similar role.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead accounting teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>accounts: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
