Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
 Develop and implement project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and procurement strategies, to optimize project delivery and minimize risks.
 Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance management

Construction Manager - Infrastructure

Job Description :
 Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and design.
 Oversee the preparation and submission of client invoices, ensuring timely payment and addressing any discrepancies effectively.
 Review and evaluate subcontractor payment applications, verifying work completed and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
 Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess work completed, providing accurate and up-to-date financial reporting.
 Analyze project costs, identify potential risks, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.
 Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms.
 Prepare and manage change orders, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules.
 Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost records, contracts, and correspondence.
 Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
 Prepare and present financial reports, including cost forecasts and budget variances, to project stakeholders.
