Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Restaurant Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates hospitality and fun.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. </li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. </li><li>Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately to ensure smooth service flow. </li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and intervene appropriately to promote safety. </li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or private parties. </li><li>Uphold all food handling regulations, beverage laws, and responsible serving practices within a lively nightclub or restaurant setting.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. </li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours. </li><li>Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. </li><li>Experience in food safety procedures, alcohol serving regulations, and responsible beverage service practices. </li><li>Familiarity with catering events or banquet setups is a plus, along with retail math skills for accurate cash handling. </li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail crafting adds value to your ability to delight guests.
