<div></div><div><b>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights.</li>
<li>Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain reporting solutions, data models, and business intelligence tools.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.</li>
<li>Evaluate changes to source systems and assess their impact on reporting and analytics.</li>
<li>Create and optimize data flows, reporting processes, and ETL solutions.</li>
<li>Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support ongoing data governance, reporting enhancements, and business intelligence initiatives.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications Include</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting and analytics solutions.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
