<div></div><div><b>Essential Functions And Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based consultive approach.</li>
<li>Demonstrates products and service to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the best suited to their needs, and those that help to lower total cost to clean.</li>
<li>Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the &ldquo;Return on Time Investment&rdquo; for the territory.</li>
<li>Develop clear and effective written presentations/proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings, periodic seminars, trade shows, and conventions.</li>
<li>Effectively use CRM program to manage pipeline targets and document important sales opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications Include:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.</li>
<li>4-year Bachelors Degree preferred.</li>
<li>Prior outside business to business sales experience.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration for detail and high level of accuracy.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment.</li>
