<ul><li>Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, events, and digital media.</li><li>Work with various materials such as MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, and other substrates to create display and branding solutions.</li><li>Oversee the entire design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales) to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work to maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas.</li><li>Ensure all designs are production-ready and coordinate with vendors for print and fabrication accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in branding, advertising, or retail solutions).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, and 3D design concepts.</li><li>Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.</li><li>Understanding of materials like MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, etc., for design execution.</li><li>Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar).</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.</li><li>Previous experience in advertising/retail branding/print production companies.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging design projects.</li><li>A collaborative and creative work environment.</li><li>Career growth and leadership opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you open to work on Saturdays?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
