Purchase Executive Male/Female Experience/Fresher Graduate Good knowledge on ExcelJob Title: Purchase Executive Department: Purchase / Procurement Reports To: Purchase Manager / Head of Procurement Job Summary:The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, goods, and services required by the organization in a cost-effective and timely manner while maintaining quality standards and vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Raise purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions with vendors to ensure best procurement value.</li><li>Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts department for vendor payments and documentation.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chain support.</li><li>Work closely with stores, production, and maintenance departments to ensure materials availability.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement schedules accordingly.</li><li>Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.</li></ul>Regards Etty HrJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
