Job DescriptionHimanshu Enterprises is hiring a Receptionist to manage the office front desk and help customers with information about our sports ground and court construction services. The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and smooth office coordination.Work Duties / Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and interview candidates politely</li><li>Handle incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages</li><li>Provide correct details about sports infrastructure services like:</li></ul>Football turf, basketball court, badminton court, tennis court, volleyball ground, and other sports ground construction<ul><li>Share quotations, service information, and project updates with customers when required</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews</li><li>Maintain visitor entry records and receive CVs from job applicants</li><li>Support admin work including data entry, MS Word, Excel, and billing coordination</li><li>Forward customer and construction enquiries to the correct department</li><li>Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, data entry, message handling)</li><li>Calm, polite, and team-friendly behavior</li><li>Ability to manage visitors, calls, and office coordination properly</li><li>Honest, responsible, and able to handle front desk professionally</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Fresher can apply.
