Position: HVAC Technician Department: Maintenance Location: ML Acropolis, Sevok Road, Siliguri Job OverviewThe HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to ensure smooth and safe operation of equipment.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Install AC units, ducting, ventilation systems, and related equipment.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair issues in cooling, heating, motors, compressors, and thermostats.</li><li>Check and fix gas leaks, electrical faults, and mechanical problems.</li><li>Keep records of all work done and parts used.</li><li>Follow safety rules and company guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in HVAC or Mechanical.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HVAC work.</li><li>Good knowledge of AC systems and basic electricals.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to read basic diagrams and manuals.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Problem-solving attitude</li><li>Good communication</li><li>Team player</li><li>Safety-conscious</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>On-site work</li><li>May require shifts or emergency duty</li><li>Work in indoor and outdoor areas</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
