About the Role:</h2>
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Staff Engineer to join our Growth team. This full-stack role, with an emphasis on frontend development, will be crucial in driving the technical strategy and implementation of growth initiatives across our customer platform. You Have:</h2><ul><li>
15+ years as a software engineer, shipping production code.</li><li>
Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving successful cross-team initiatives.</li><li>
Deep architectural expertise in designing scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems in a modern software environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next, GraphQL) and libraries, as well as backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).</li><li>

About the Role:</h2>
The Motion Designer/Editor, Performance Creative will be a key member of the Paid Media Creative team, reporting into the VP, Performance Creative. This role is hands-on in bringing high-performing ad creative to life across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging channels.
You&rsquo;ll combine strong design, editing, and motion skills with a deep understanding of what drives engagement in paid channels. You&rsquo;ll cut, animate, and version ad creative with speed, precision, and a focus on performance learnings &mdash; turning insights into visually compelling work that drives results.

You Will:</h2><ul><li>
Edit, design, and animate performance-first ad creative across multiple channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, etc.)</li><li> 
Build, adapt and version concepts developed by yourself, the Senior Art Director and Creatives into multiple aspect ratios and formats.</li><li> 
Add motion design, supers, transitions, and animation to enhance clarity and engagement.</li><li> 
Collaborate closely with the creative strategy, growth, and production teams to translate performance insights into new iterations and tests.</li><li> 
Organize, tag, and maintain project files and templates for efficient scaling of ad production.</li><li>

You Have:</h2><ul><li>
Education: Bachelor's or Associate&rsquo;s degrees in Paralegal Studies or related fields. A Paralegal Certificate is preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 5+ years of experience in trademark prosecution, with demonstrated proficiency in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google products, Slack, Figma, Alt-Legal, Ironclad, DocuSign, Watch Notices, Red Points, Domain Name Search Tools; familiarity with trademark databases and docketing systems. Experience with trademark search tools is a plus.</li><li>
Interpersonal Skills: Solid organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision. 
Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors is a plus but not required.</li></ul>
Desirable Skills:<ul><li>
Familiarity with U.S. and international trademark filing processes and procedures.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of the USPTO, WIPO, and other global trademark authorities.</li><li>
