 Position- Senior Civil Engineer (Hospital Projects)
 
 
 
 
 Experience- 15+ years (Mandatory hospital/institutional project experience)
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants for design integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in hospital-grade civil works, including fire safety norms, medical gas pipelines, OT standards, and NABH compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, and site layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead vendor negotiations, tendering, and contractor management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor site execution, ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project reports and present progress to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have handled large-scale healthcare or institutional projects independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with hospital management to ensure patient-centric infrastructure planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred Skills:
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team leadership and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High understanding of hospital-specific civil infrastructure standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budgeting and resource planning.
