Booktime, a Hindawi Foundation initiative, is a global charitable digital publisher. We create and share beautifully illustrated children&rsquo;s books in multiple languages for free.

The Role:
We&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth efforts, driving awareness and engagement on both our app and website. You&rsquo;ll plan and run campaigns across digital platforms, manage budgets, and use data to guide decisions.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>
Optimize campaign performance to achieve targets for installs, engagement, and retention.</li><li>
Manage creative briefs and work with designers and writers to produce effective ad assets.</li><li>
Track, report, and interpret key performance metrics.</li><li>
Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with app updates and seasonal content.</li><li>
Initially, managing a team of three.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in education or publishing.</li><li>
Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and creating content.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Meta Ads Manager.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.</li><li>
Proactive, creative, and a first principles mindset.</li></ul>
