Digital Marketing Executive/ManagerAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing &amp; E-Commerce Executive/Manager to lead Hindex Group&rsquo;s growth across digital channels, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer platforms. You&rsquo;ll own product launches on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels while driving integrated marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert both B2B and B2C customers.You&rsquo;ll combine creative storytelling with data-driven strategy &mdash; managing campaigns, optimizing content, and ensuring strong brand visibility and conversion across every touchpoint.What You&rsquo;ll Do1. Campaign Strategy, Execution &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth across both B2B and B2C segments.</li><li>Build and maintain a marketing calendar that aligns product launches, digital campaigns, and seasonal activations.</li><li>Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and events to generate qualified leads and increase sales.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, web developers, and agencies to deliver high-impact creatives and messaging.</li><li>Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize continuously for lead generation and conversions.</li></ul>2. E-Commerce &amp; Product Launch Management<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize product launches on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Create and manage product listings, imagery, and descriptions optimized for SEO and conversion.</li><li>Oversee pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive visibility and sales performance.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer experience.</li><li>Monitor product performance, reviews, and competitor activity to refine positioning and strategy.</li></ul>3. Content Creation &amp; Brand Messaging<ul><li>Write and edit compelling marketing content for websites, ads, landing pages, emails, and social media.</li><li>Craft consistent, conversion-focused messaging that communicates Hindex Group&rsquo;s quality and innovation across all channels.</li><li>Develop brand storytelling strategies that resonate with both end customers and business partners.</li><li>Coordinate production of photo/video content for new launches and campaigns.</li><li>Repurpose and distribute content strategically across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.</li></ul>4. SEO, SEM &amp; Website Optimization<ul><li>Implement SEO best practices across website and product pages to increase organic visibility and traffic.</li><li>Manage on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and technical improvements in collaboration with the web team.</li><li>Run paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.</li><li>Use A/B testing and data analysis to improve conversion funnels and lead quality.</li></ul>5. Performance Tracking &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Define and track KPIs across marketing channels and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Shopify Analytics to monitor performance.</li><li>Translate insights into actionable strategies for optimizing content, ad spend, and conversion rates.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs, and lead generation outcomes.</li></ul>6.
