Billing Operations<ul><li>Prepare and process OP, IP, Emergency, Day Care, and Package billing.</li><li>Generate final bills with accurate coding, tariffs, and discounts.</li><li>Handle cash, credit, corporate, and insurance billing.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for billing and audits.</li></ul>Insurance &amp; TPA Coordination<ul><li>Verify insurance eligibility and coverage.</li><li>Process pre-authorizations, enhancements, and final claims.</li><li>Coordinate with TPAs/insurance companies for claim settlements.</li><li>Handle rejections, queries, and resubmissions efficiently.</li></ul>Financial &amp; System Accuracy<ul><li>Maintain accurate billing records in HIS software.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NABH, IRDA, and hospital policies.</li><li>Monitor billing errors and take corrective actions.</li><li>Support internal and external audits when required.</li></ul>Patient &amp; Interdepartmental Coordination<ul><li>Explain bills and charges clearly to patients and attendants.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office for charge capture.</li><li>Resolve billing-related complaints professionally.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,209.10 - ₹32,609.14 per monthWork Location: In person
